It has a patio with a storage room big enough for a laundry area, a floatie, a beach umbrella, and your distant aunt’s chair (yes, she’s coming – you know it). With 2 bedrooms, and let’s be honest, throw in a bunk bed or two and a sofa bed, and even your upstairs neighbor might crash. So don’t bring more furniture – what’s there is perfect!
The kitchen is small – just enough to fry some eggs and not much else. Less cleaning, more strolling! There’s an optional garage – buy it if you want, or don’t.
You’re in a strategic location – walk to everything: beaches, restaurants, services, the bus station, and you can get to the airport in under an hour.
Costs and taxes not included in the price – those are extra. And maybe they’ll take the microwave – not everything is included, because we all know how personal items go... even TVs are sentimental now.
